My Left Wrist Hurts............ For 3 Months......... Thought I Injured

my left wrist hurts............ for 3 months......... thought I injured it shoveling snow, since we had a 32 inch snow fall over winter........... iced it and take Advil but it still hurts........ had it xrayed and it is fine......... have arthritis in one finger the xray showed......... am 69 years old........ not sure what to do........ my wife says I sleep with it bent under my head......... so I wear a brace when I sleep to not do that........... H E L P
