My Lips Started Feeling Like Sandpaper, They Are Red And

my lips started feeling like sandpaper, they are red and raw, top and bottom, this has been going on for 2 1/2 weeks, i have been applying different lip treatments like blistex, organic lip balm, etc, and it has not helped. i feel like they are going to burst open, but then just stay the same burning and starting to ooze.
