My Little Boy Slipped In Bath Last Nite And Came

my little boy slipped in bath last nite and came home from nursery holding his stomach crying saying its hurting. He is 2 years old and is normally fit and well i have gave him paracetamol fro pain he is now sleeping but looks really pale can you help me please ..?
