My Liver Counts Are A Few Points Off,i Am Very

my liver counts are a few points off,i am very tired in the afternoon and end up sleeping 3 to 4 hours.my hair is falling out to were I cant finish washing it because I haft to clean the drain.they have tested my tyroide before and said its fine.my mother and half brother both have low tyroid. if I bump my arms the skin tears very easy and bleeds under the skin.having trouble with the bottom of both feet burning and stinging,they say I do not have nerve damage.
