my liver is hypointense relative to the spleen consistent with fatty replacement. no focal hepatic lesion. There is no intra or extraheptic biliary ductual dilatation. The adrenal glands are not enlarged. Visualed bowel loops within normal limits. Hypointense hepatic parenchyma consisted with fatty repalacement.
