My Lmp Was 31st March...and My Blood Report Cinfirmed That

my lmp was 31st march...and my blood report cinfirmed that i am pregnant...but my hcg level were low.my doc had given me medicines for growth of the baby for complete one month and yesterday when i went for my ultrasound the doc said that there is no heart beat...so u should go for dnc..pls suggest
