My Lt Eye One Small Mosquito Is Moving From Last

my lt eye one small mosquito is moving from last week i consulted jelly moving it will settle within 3 months. then 2 days before same eye redness noted dr told bloodvessel ruptured it will subside within a week....i am worried a lot
what is wrong with my eyes...i am 56 yr old
