My Lungs Chest Has Mild Internal Pains, My Chest Expansion

my lungs chest has mild internal pains, my chest expansion and contraction is irregular. I used to do and strain in heavy manual jobs. I stopped them when I started experiencing sharp momentary pains on my ribs and chest. I have tonsil stones problems now, the lungs feel like mild pepper is rubbed on them sometimes...… what is solution to my Problem?. Justus, Kenya.
