my mom. 74 yo obese female caucasian hx multiple TIA, hypothyroid, currently with left intercostals twitching, BP 110/70, HR 116 no pain with deep or shallow breathing, respirations regular, no other s/s. I am in california she's in kansas i sent her to the ER with my dad. What do you think?
