My Mom Had Something Movable At Her Left Breast So

my mom had something movable at her left breast so she went to a doctor
he asked mammogram the result was unclear so he asked a biopsy and pathologist
told us that was Atypical Lobular Hyperplasia the doctor said she need to removed it quickly
so she made a surgery the next day after the surgery the docor told us that he reccomended it will be a cancer
and we will wait for a pathology test afer waiting for two weeks the result was fibroadenoma with ductal hyperplasia reactive axillary lymph nodes
is there any Conflict or that was a normal condition?
