My Mom Has Diabetes Type 2 She Takes Her Meds

my mom has diabetes type 2 she takes her meds but her sugar is not going down today after 2hs. after she eaten the # was 320. last week I took her to the hospital because she told me she had fled dizzy and fell down and did not know how long she was down. all the testes in hospital came out good. but her sugar level has not gone down, in the hospital they where giving her insulin. she is 84 years old and lives along I see her every day. she is eating right very little carbs. and no sugar. we are waiting to get an appointment to see her doctor. but what can I do to lower her level foe now.
