My Mom Has Had Several Rounds Of Lythotripsy Last One

my mom has had several rounds of lythotripsy last one 2 months ago and after the last one she has been constipated and not taken the pain meds. she has taken a full bottle of stool softener and it doesnt help she still poops very little. she has been constipated for 6 weeks or so and she was just complaining that when she lays down flat it hurts her to breath like its heavy on her chest.
