My Mom Having Pain At Last Molar From Last 4months.x

my mom having pain at last molar from last 4months.x ray shows wisdom is inside need to be removed.2nd dental told its nerve orb as my mom having burning sensation n sore jaw.
3rd Dr told its bcz of muscle plasma.done pyhsiotherapy for muscle plasma .it help little for few days.after few days pain in jaw lever n burning sensation again .
done TMD report is normal
root canal done of lower teeth
help us to find proper treatment n actual prb
