My Mom Is 65 Years Old. She Has Pain In

my mom is 65 years old. she has pain in left arm since very long.But since last 5 days the pain has become severe and chronic. the doctor has prescribed tab angecid to be put under tongue at the time of arm pain. the pain is very severe. kindly prescribe some home treatments/medicines. Regards!
