My Mom Is 85. She Has Always Been Pretty Sharp

my mom is 85. She has always been pretty sharp but within the last month or so, she's really struggling to find the right words for everything. I don't know if I should take her to a neurologist? Additionally, she is very close to being blind due to a degenerative eye disease and she can't hear very well at all even with hearing aids. I'm not sure if this is just lack of mental stimulation or something else. thanks for your help.
