My Mom Is 88 Just Out Of Rehab Facility. She

my mom is 88 just out of rehab facility. she fell and broke her arm and was hospitalized. Had a UTI and pneumonia and was clear when we left. her sodium was 127 (low) though....... her urine was dark today and I am pushing fluids because she seem dehydrated?? trying to figure out why??
