My Mom Is Taking A Medication She Tried To Spell

my mom is taking a medication she tried to spell it to me Aferron, thought it was for her anxiety. I cannot locate one with that spelling. any ideas? she is in a different state and I try to keep track of her medications she is put on because she is eighty.
