My Mom Just Had Laparoscopic Surgery Today For Lysis Of

my mom just had laparoscopic surgery today for lysis of adhesion. Surgeon said he used an anticoagulant called Aresta (Unsure of spelling) inside to coat the liver where her adhesions were so they do not recur. What is the correct spelling of this so I can look it up?
