My Mom Was Diagnosed With Stomach Cancer In 2004 I

my mom was diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2004 i was born in 2002 and the doctors said she had the tumours before i was even conceived shes had a complete gastrectomie and is now cancer free im however having similar symptoms as she was a bit before being diagnosed is it possible during pregnancy the tumours could have affected me?
