my mom who has advanced parkinson's has a stage 4 decubitus on her sacrum. the wound care nurse and md recommended dakins solution wet to dry. now all the necrotic tissue is out of the wound. i am seeing healthy pink tissue today. should we stop using the dakins and switch to saline wet to dry dressing. i am concerned the dakins will damage the healthy tissue
