My Mother 86 (long Term Hypertension) And On Enalpril, Just

my mother 86 (long term hypertension) and on enalpril, just had a spike in blood pressure to 191/91 pulse 69 with heavy wheezing and very cold hands. She was just sitting happy watching a movie and suddenly the wheezing started to get heavier, her hands went cold. I gave her advair and took her blood pressure.
