My Mother, 88 Yrs., Takes Lasix, Coreg, Isosorbide Mon, Valsatin,

my mother, 88 yrs., takes lasix, coreg, isosorbide mon, valsatin, protonix, synthroid, potassium and eliquis all at the same time in the morning, she also wears a clonodine patch which is replaced every Fri. afterwards she doesn't feel well at all. should all these meds be taken together or spread out? She is in a senior living facility that disperses her medicine and they give her them all at once.
