My Mother Age 71 Just Had A Stroke.she Exhibits R

my mother age 71 just had a stroke.she exhibits R sided weakness but is still able to move all extremities up on verbal command. But her speech is affected the most. She knows everything and is cognitive. she is having a difficut time verbalizing what she want to say. She can say a few things but her voice sounds very weak. she had the stroke aoorox. 12 hrs, ago. My question is What is her prognosis for getting her speech back to normal?
