My Mother Has Major Depression And Is Struggling To Get

my mother has major depression and is struggling to get out a slump ..I know some about med. and I was just doing a review.
He takes tamadol for pain, a low dose of ativan for anxiety, Desvenlafaxine for depression, and abilify for break thru depression.
I see that tramadol has a warning interaction with Desvenlafaxine
and lroazapam has warning interaction with Aripiprazole.
what are your thought about this being taken together?
