My Mother In Law Had A Pace Maker Put In

my mother in law had a pace maker put in 2 months ago...she is on 3 different high blood pressure pills and still has a hard time urinating...she has gained 14lbs of water weight gain...the doctors tell her its ok...they said they cannot do a kidney test with contrast cause of her kidney problem...its crazy we need answers
