My Mother Is 50yrs Old But Due To Regular Household

my mother is 50yrs old but due to regular household work n excess contact with water she had severe irritation in her palm and finger nails and she has cracks in both of her palm . some one suggested to apply Dermikem OC cream. please suggest us if it is safe or not. n if any other cream is there please suggest me.
