My Mother Is 69, Her Health Is Fair To Partly

my mother is 69, her health is fair to partly cloudy, late this afternoon she had a sudden onset of pain in the middle of her chest. She said that it started in her back and then came through to her chest, she got very weak and had to be helped up the stairs and into her bed. I am just know finding out about this and am wondering if this is something that I should be alarmed about
