My Mother Is 86 And She Has Been Diagnosed With

my mother is 86 and she has been diagnosed with heart failure and she has high blood pressure and she's diabetic and she is in the hospital now. We are just learning about the heart failure and a mild heart attack. My question concerns her eyes. When I went to see her today and I looked in her eyes , her eye balls are larger than they used to be. No one has said anything about her thyroid but I'm just wondering what would cause her eyes to be so large. And she in on oxygen has been since the Monday after Easter Sunday. Her blood pressure is a bit high 160/90 but that is way down from the 500 it was when she came into the hospital.
