my mother is 87 years old and takes furosemide, along with prednisone, atenold, dexilant, nortriptyline, and azathioprine. she is always extremely lightheaded and dizzy, and has very week muscles. I was looking up the combination of these different drugs , and everyone of them combined with the furosemide causes these symptoms. should she stop taking the furosemide?
