My Mother Is A Heart Patient And Had Been Prescribed

my mother is a heart patient and had been prescribed deplatt 75, Strovas, Betaloc 25 and dytor 5 after an emergency. The emergency is over 21 days now and instead of all these the doc prescribed only ecospirin. Please let me know which one of these is an alternative of ecosprin?
