my mother is taking irbesartan with hydrochlorothiazide and her doctor just told her that she can't be exposed to sunlight due to one or more component of this medication? could you please tell me what medication for HBP she can use? she is a very active person. always out in the garden or exercising out in the sun. she has become very sad about this situation, especially since the doctor also told her that she has lupus.
