My Mother Only Has One Kidney, Today She Learned By

my mother only has one kidney, today she learned by way of the results of a cat scan, she now has a hard knot on her remaining kidney. she has been referred back to the Dr. that removed her other kidney but we can not get it until Monday. Any thoughts on this matter? Thank you in advance.
