My Mother Was Prescribed A Once-a-day Inhaler Therapy And Duolin

my mother was prescribed a once-a-day inhaler therapy and duolin nebuliser for a heavy chest congestion. She now has recovered. We still use it 4 months down the line. we noticed an acute constriction in her throat making swallowing very difficult. Could this be a side effect of both the above therapies?
