My Mother Who Was Diagnosed With 3C Ovarian Cancer ,

my mother who was diagnosed with 3C ovarian cancer , was having CA125 count of 79.5 , later it was gradually increasing and after 3 months ie on 08.08.2016 it came to 153.5 . She is not given any chemo or surgery as her health condition was not permitting and she was also reluctant to take the therapy.
We have opted for alternate cancer treatment . now her CA 125 has come down to 145 . Is this any positive outcome, or the fluctuation happens naturally.
