My Mum Has Just Come Back From The Hospital With

my mum has just come back from the hospital with a bunch of very important tablet. i was wondering if someone could help me with like which ones she can take togeher and how much time she should leave before taking the next few

ranitidine- 150 mg film coated tablets (take one tablet twice a day)
ondansetrone- 4mg film coated tablets ( take one tablet three times a day)
omperazole- 20mg capsules (take two capsules every morning )
tramadol hydrochloride- 50 mg capsules ( take one four times a day when necessary ) - im not sure what they mmean with the tramadol hydrochloride
paracetamol - 500 mg tablets (tae two tablets four times a day)
