My Name Is James I Had A Cerebral Arterivenous Malformation

my name is James I had a Cerebral arterivenous malformation which caused me to have a series of strokes , the last stroke left me with no sensation on one side of face, mouth and ear. 4 years ago it was removed via cyber knife. Every year since I've to the emgency room blood clot in leg followed by Pulmonary Embolism. January 2014 I got what they thougth was Shingles Virus which later caused Ramsy Hunt Syndrome they treated it as the shingles . A Lateral Tassorraphy was done on one eye, 60 days later the same thing happened again. It's been 90 days will this contiue? I am 59y/o could this be caused by that cyber knife treatment everything happens on the side that was effected by the stroke.
