My Name Is Lorna- I Have Intermittent Cramp Like Pain

my name is Lorna- I have intermittent cramp like pain in either leg from hip to toes. usually only a part at any one time. I also get these type pains in the rib cage. stretching often relieves them. my lung function t is normal but still diagnosed with asthma recently. I am wondering if they could be connected or is there another diagnosis. I am 69 yrs old. I have had chest tightness like asthma on exertion for many yrs. I have a cardiologist who has diagnosed slight ihd. I take asthma meds and a cardiac med.
I sometimes get the cramp pain in hands or arms. thank you.
