My Name Is Tracy And The Last Two Day I

my name is tracy and the last two day I been having cramps from just under my belly button to lower stomach almost vag..it comes and goes and its a sharp shooting pain.. over the weekend I tried to drink one alcohol beverage and puked right after I drank it..i have not had a period since November 11 excpt at Christmas tiem I had brown blood spots and when I whipped for 4 days what could this be? thanks tracy
