My Nanny Has A Rash That She Noticed Last Night.

my nanny has a rash that she noticed last night. She has had a cold for a few weeks and the doctor saw her, diagnosed bronchitis and sinusitis and prescribed cortisone and cephalexin. Her rash had gone away but now is back with a vengeance. Any suggestions? Benadryl?
