My Neck Is Swollon And Tender More On My Left

my neck is swollon and tender more on my left side with a very slight pain my glands are not to ad at all also i just was laying in bed and a piece of cartileage picesa spit come slithering up twice and had a little blood in it i also have had a headace please help angela
