My Neck On The Left Side Is Swollen Causing Difficulty

my neck on the left side is swollen causing difficulty in swallowing and pain. The main glands in the neck are swollen as well but the major lump I thought was a muscle of the neck? however my boss tells me that it could also be more glands? I also have a crazy skin rash on my arms hands and legs/ not hives.... I thought it was bug bites but now I am wondering if it isn't all related
