My Neighbor Just Had A Quadruple Bypass 3 Months Ago

my neighbor just had a quadruple bypass 3 months ago and then had a massive heart attack this weekend. This is very hard for her friends to understand why. She was doing so well and then this happened. It's been about 9 days that she's been in a semi induced coma with little sign of improvement until today. She opened her eyes and seemed to follow with her eyes when friends visited. Her heart rhythm seems to be good today. Just yesterday a nurosurgeon didn't think they was any hope but today he said was optimistic. Do you think there could be a slim chance that she could pull through this?
