My Neighbour Is Driving Me Crazy And I Need More

my neighbour is driving me crazy and i need more information before I report. She WAS a heroin addict but swears she's off that however she smokes dope everyday....no prob...except she messages me that she has a toothache, migraine, stomach pain etc et al....and NEEDS codeine......i THINK SHE IS REPLACING THE HEROIN WITH CODEIN AS SHE MIXES IT WITH LEXAPRO, VALIUM LIRICA AND ANY CODEINE SHE CAN GET. dO YOU THINK MY ASSUMPTION IS CORRECT. I cant see anyone 43 needing this much pain medication.
