My Nose Starting Bleeding Out Of The Clear Blue Sky.

my nose starting bleeding out of the clear blue sky. I don't have a cold, no irritation and have been using a humidifier to keep the air moist. Felt like something was in my throat, cleared it and it was more blood. Just had an endoscopy last week and they found nothing.
