My Palms Have Been Red For Years From What My

my palms have been red for years from what my doctor said years ago was peri menopause in just the past couple days I've noticed they are kind of pale looking now I've had some recent health issues but no answer as of yet to what the cause of those might be what reasons can your palms just go back to a normal color?
