My Partner Has Been Experiencing A Consistent High Blood Pressure

my partner has been experiencing a consistent high blood pressure reading since 3 hrs. ago. I applied ice cold washcloth on forhead, back of neck and basically all over his head. I gave steps him aspirin 80 mg. under the tongue. and made him take another aspirin with ice water. He takes lisinopril hydrochlorothiazide oral, amlodepine 10mg, and simvastatine 10mg. I am wondering what I need to do to help bring his HBP go down. Does he need his meds adjusted?
