My Patient Came To Me With Typical Complain Of Sudden

my patient came to me with typical complain of sudden chest discomfort he is 56y old hypertensive on amias 16mgand esidrex21.5 mg. his ecg shows flat T waves in the inferior and lateral leads with q wave and slight elevation of ST segment in lead 3 and EVF .I refer him for stress ECG he call me by phone, that his stress ecg dose not shows any abnormality my question could it be false negative result
