my penis glans had bright red spot since 6 months. i have used butenafine hydrochloride cream and clotrimazole cream and still using clotrimazole cream. Its healing but red spot is still there with dull color and wrinkles on it. And since using this cream my sensation of glans has reduced and my erection has reduced
