My Periods Are Expected On The 16th . I Was

my periods are expected on the 16th .
I was supposed to start Primolut-N on the 12th. however I have started spotting. will my periods stop even if I start the tablets today, after the spotting. I am travelling and I need to postpone my periods. please advise
