My Platlet Count Is Now 110 Last Test In May

my platlet count is now 110 last test in may 2015 it was 220 September 2015 I was treated with proton radiation for prostate cancer gleason 5 still contained within the prostate do you think I need to be concerned at this latest platlet count ? thanks Richard
